Hector & Alma's Dream Home Journey

Hector and Alma started as vendor partners but quickly became more—friends, and more like family. They both had long-held dreams of living the country life with acreage, though they weren’t sure when they’d be ready to take the leap.

When the time came, we helped sell their home within two days of listing it for well over asking price. The next step was to find their dream property, and we didn't stop there. Not only did we secure an incredible home for them in Bennett with over 35 acres of land, but we also negotiated a significant concession to make the deal even sweeter.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, we arranged a lease-back on their current home at no cost to them, ensuring they could move with ease. The closing was a whirlwind, with both homes finalized in under a week, and Hector & Alma were settled in their beautiful new home within two short weeks.

Since moving in, they've poured heart and soul into the property. While the house was stunning when we first found it, Hector and Alma have made it even more amazing with their hard work and vision.
